It’s been said that abs are made in the kitchen, and this is very true! Here we will teach you how to eat clean without feeling like you’re dieting. And no, it’s not only salads, chicken breast, broccoli, and rice.
Plan It Out
Everyone has 45min in a day, it’s just a matter of what you do with that time. We will teach you how to manage your time efficiently and to find the time to get your workout in, to reach your goals!

Schedule a 45-minute consultation
Tell us your body or fitness goals and budget you had in mind! Together, we will come up with a comprehensive program that fits you and your life schedule.
*Note: Currently we only offer online sessions. No gym membership required = no excuse! Our coach will guide you through the proper workout
Weekly check-ins
Regular check-ins will be in place to see how you are going with the program. This is the perfect time to make any necessary tweaks based on your feedback. Have festivities around the corner? We can work around that too!
Rinse & Repeat
And the end of the training cycle, we will review if you were able to hit your original goals and work on your higher goals!

About the Trainer
My name is Felix Lee, I am a personal trainer and online health and fitness coach. I graduated from Wayne State University with my Degree in Kinesiology, and I am CSCS certified. I have prior experience in physical therapy for over a year and have been training people for over 9+ years. I help people to optimize their life by teaching them how to make the best of their time to get healthy and to increase their energy levels through proper exercise and dieting.
